初見金門，感覺像是縮小版的台灣，街頭的風景、路上的人們處處有著台灣的影子。 When I first saw Kinmen, it seemed like a smaller version of Taiwan. Whether the street scenery or the people on road, many things in there were similar to that in Taiwan. * * * * * 走近這座海島，從它的村落和信仰的形式等方面，都能發現一些有別於台灣的閩南風情和本地特色。 After I approached the sea island more, from its villages, the style of beliefs, and other aspects, I could find some southern Fujian and local characteristics that are different from Taiwan. * * * * * 這裡有著寧靜的生活氣息，不同年代和風格的建築訴說著它的歷史。為數眾多的遺跡和軍事設施，則折射了它平靜與戰爭並存的特殊狀態。 There has a quiet atmosphere of life.
