騰衝第一中學現址的前身是地方的財神廟，座落在山腳下的校園中保留了廟宇、庭院、戲台的建築格局。
走在初春雨後的校園裡，聽著儒雅謙遜的學校領導如數家珍地講述著一個個書法碑文、一處處校園勝蹟，充分體驗邊地小城的人文、自然魅力。
The predecessor of the Tengchong First Middle School is a wealth temple. The campus which located at the foot of the hill retains the architectures of temple, yard, and stage.
Walked in the campus after the rain in early spring, and listened to the school leader – a gentle and modest person to introduce the calligraphy steles and the scenic spot in the campus, what experienced are the humanistic and natural charms of the small border town.
