滇地風物–季春哀牢山：相遇茶與蜜 / Customs and Things of Yunnan – Ailao mountains in late spring: the meet with tea and honey

趁著春意正濃走過崇山峻嶺，一覽晚春時節的雲南風光。一路風塵僕僕終於來到雲南中部的哀牢山麓，走進了大山深處的村莊。
行走在物產豐饒的雲南，除了一覽壯美的田園風貌之外，在這樣的季節裡，讓人停下腳步的有茶的香氣、令人徘徊流連的有蜜的滋味。

It's great to go to the immense mountains and see the late spring's scenery of Yunnan while the spring is flourishing. After a long and tough journey, I came to Ailao mountains in central Yunnan, and went into the villages in the deep mountains.
Whenever travel in fertile Yunnan, in addition to the magnificent rural scenery, there is the fragrance of tea which makes one to stop and the sweetness of honey which makes one to wander in such a season.

作為自古以來普洱茶的主要產區之一，這裡依然保持了較為原始的風貌，有遍布千年野生茶樹的原始森林，也有匯集不同民族文化的古老農村。
大山裡有絕佳的自然環境，儘管普遍路況和物質條件較差，但也少了污染、人為破壞等問題，對於茶、蜂蜜等農作物來說是不可多得的好環境。

As one of the main origins of Puer tea since ancient times, this place still maintains a relatively primitive style. There are the original forests that are scattered with the wild tea trees of thousand years old, and the ancient villages that gather different ethnic cultures.
There is an excellent natural environment in the big mountains. Although the road conditions and material conditions are generally relatively poor, there are fewer problems such as pollution and man-made destruction, and is an excellent environment for tea, honey and other crops.

這裡還保留了原始的自給自足式的農業型態，正如同它質樸的民風。在各個領域充斥著急功近利的思維和做法的今天，有幸還能遇到有著相近理念的人們不畏孤寂地在這個海拔2000公尺左右的地方，以小作坊作為起點、默默地實踐著。
有遠離人居的茶園，無化學汙染、不假雕琢，任由樹木以近乎自然的方式生長，而後在這鮮葉萌發的季節報以人們清甜、悠遠的嗅覺和味覺感受。

The original self-sufficient agricultural pattern are still maintained here, just as its simple folk customs. In today's society which filled with the thinking and practice of eager for quick success in all fields, it's fortunate to meet people with similar ideas who take small workshops as a starting point to practice their ideas silently, in the place with an altitude of about 2,000 meters.
There are tea gardens far away from human's habitations, which allow the trees to grow in a nearly natural way while free from chemical pollution and overly artificial interventions, and the trees can repay humans with the fresh, sweet and lasting smell and taste in the season which fresh leaves germinate.

除此之外，也有原始林區裡的蜜蜂養殖，任由蜜蜂在天然的環境裡汲取潔淨的花粉，而後在這百花盛開的季節報以人們清爽、豐富的口感。
待下次哀牢山的春風吹起時，也許還會有我的身影，因這裡的茶香而停下腳步、為這兒的蜜味而徘徊流連...

In addition, there are also bee breeding in the original forests, where the honeybees are allowed to take clean pollen in the natural environment, and the honeybees can repay humans with the refreshing and rich taste in the season of blooming various flowers.
When the spring breeze of Ailao mountains begins to blow again, maybe there will be my presence, and maybe I will still stop for the fragrance of tea and wander for the sweetness of honey...
